John Deere Partners with Dovetail Workwear to Champion Women in Agriculture

MOLINE, Ill. (April 2, 2025) — John Deere is joining forces with Dovetail Workwear—a brand built by, for, and with women—to launch a purpose-driven line of workwear and gear tailored to the needs of women in agriculture. This partnership reflects both companies’ shared dedication to recognizing and uplifting the vital contributions of women in the farming industry.

The John Deere x Dovetail Workwear collection was shaped in collaboration with female farmers, incorporating their feedback at every stage, from design to field testing. The result: workwear that emphasizes fit, function, and durability, featuring thoughtful details like high-stretch, midweight fabrics and split hems that fit comfortably over boots.
Women have always played a central role in agriculture—from cultivating crops to managing farms—even if their contributions haven’t always received the recognition they deserve.

 Today, that recognition is growing, as women now make up:

•    36% of all U.S. farmers
•    56% of farms have at least one female producer or decision-maker
